There's no dream or goal too big. Whether it's a business you want to start, a new skill you want to learn, or something that you never believed you'd accomplish—know that you are capable of extraordinary things. Record a video of yourself that explains your dream and how Chip can be a runway to help make it happen. My teaching philosophy is one where I am a collaborative mentor to my students. The way that I do this is through a teaching style called project based learning (PBL). One of the important facets of PBL is mobility in the classroom. Students at any point in time will be moving from rows to pairs to Socratic circles. Unfortunately, the desks that are in my room are heavy, broken and antiquated. So, I want to replace my classroom furniture with modern, collaborative furniture that will make my students excited and engaged when they walk in the door.
